Welcome to Chattertools (“Company”, “Agency”, “our”, “us”, “we”)!
These Presales Telecaller Job Terms (“Terms”) govern your choice to work with Chattertools, https://chattertools.com (together or individually “Service”) operated by Chattertools.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our website and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may choose not to proceed and work with us, and in such case please let us know by emailing at hello@chattertools.com so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all freelancers, individual contractors, commission referrals and others who wish to work with us on a commission based assignments or project based fixed remuneration basis.
Terms for your Work Assignment as a Presales Telecaller;
- The leads will be shared with you through Hubspot and you will record your daily communication on this application through smart phone or desktop.
- You will follow a given calling script and will only make changes or alter the calling script after a written permission from our team’s end.
- You will be responsible completely for any and all issues or complaints arising from your calling or call mannerisms or if you during any call have offended or hurt the sentiments of any lead/prospect/client.
- Chattertools will not be held legally responsible for any such events and will not participate on behalf of anyone.
- If during your work with Chattertools if you have any health issues or are hospitalized, Chattertools will not be held into account and will not bear any expenses or take responsibility for your situation.
- The phone recording should be taken for legal reasons after taking due permission from the lead and submitted through email daily for every call made.
- You would need a smartphone, computer, internet connection, phone number to call and calling minutes to perform the assigned tasks and you will need to bear the charges for using these on your own as you would not be compensated.
- The working hours will be from 10:00am to 7:00 pm IST Monday to Saturday, you will call the businesses during these working hours only and will not call during Indian Bank holidays, unless requested by the lead and only if you agree.
- Only interested parties need to be encouraged to receive the information, if the party is not interested to receive the information or already has someone who is currently performing such services/activities please don’t follow up or persuade such leads.
- Only fill the lead forms of those companies/firms/clinics who have a staff less than 20 and are not branches or affiliates of any bigger institutions.
- Before starting the calling everyday we will discuss the calling database source, the Industry and the calling parameters and only then you will commence the calling and send the daily End Of Day report.
- Your parents/guardians should agree and give consent for you to use your phone number for communicating with the listed businesses on behalf of Chattertools.
- You will not be communicating via an email with the prospects/leads unless you are given an official email address to communicate with them.
- This arrangement of job will be construed as an engagement between an independent contractor (which is yourself) and Chattertools (Contracting Agency) for your pre-qualifying leads services via phone calls.
Terms of Commission based Payment:
- You will be paid based on a completed sale and only after the payment is received from the party.
- If you are unable to secure any sales for any given month, you will not be compensated for your efforts or for using your resources.
- All call to sales processes will need to be generated with proper call recordings and documenting the progress on Hubspot..
- Your payment after the receipt of any sale calculated for a particular month from 1st to 30th or 31st will be paid on the 10th of the next month and if the same falls on a national holiday your remuneration will be released on the upcoming bank working day via online transfer to your bank account.
- If the client delays the payment it will be your job to pursue the client and recover the payment before the due time mentioned on the invoice.
- After submission of the lead tasks if the prospect’s details or any such submitted information is incorrect or unreachable then the details need to be gathered again along with your call recording
- If you are setting any online or office appointment then after it is set if the prospect does not attend the call then you would need to co-ordinate and get the prospect on call for the appointment or reschedule the appointment.
- If the prospect does not respond after the Appointment you will call and follow up and get the prospect ready for another appointment/signup.
- During the call after the appointment has been set, if the prospect shows no interest and leaves before the completion of the call or seems uninterested, you will coordinate and follow up.
- If you are using text messaging or WhatsApp to communicate with the prospects you need to share the communication string in an email with us.
You will only be compensated for completed sale based on the slab given below:
- ₹5,000.00 per approved sale every month for the next 10 months based on our current service offer.
- Additional sales will be calculated at ₹5,000.00/sale plus any earlier sales up to 10 months.
- Your payment will be made on the 10th of each month.
