Welcome to Chattertools (“Company”, “Agency”, “our”, “us”, “we”)!

These Presales Telecaller Job Terms (“Terms”) govern your choice to work with Chattertools, (together or individually “Service”) operated by Chattertools.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our website and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may choose not to proceed and work with us, and in such case please let us know by emailing at [email protected] so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all freelancers, individual contractors, commission referrals and others who wish to work with us on a commission based assignments or project based fixed remuneration basis.

Terms for your Work Assignment as a Presales Telecaller;

  • The phone recording for each lead form submission needs to be submitted separately daily through email, else the payment for that particular lead will not be released.
  • You would need a computer, internet connection, phone number to call and calling minutes to perform the assigned tasks and you will need to bear the charges for using these on your own as you would not be compensated.
  • The working hours will be from 10:30am to 7:00 pm IST Monday to Saturday, you will call the businesses during these working hours only and will not call during Bank holidays.
  • Only interested parties need to be encouraged to receive the information, if the party is not interested to receive the information or already has someone who is currently performing such services/activities please don’t fill in the details of such leads.
  • Only fill the lead forms of those companies who have a staff less than 20 and are not branches or affiliates of any bigger institutions.
  • Before starting the calling everyday we will discuss the calling database source, the Industry and the calling parameters and only then you will commence the calling and send the daily EOD report.
  • Your parents/guardians should agree and give consent for you to use your phone number for communicating with the listed businesses on behalf of Chattertools.
  • You will not be communicating via an email with the prospects/leads unless you are given an official email address to communicate with the prospects or leads.
  • This arrangement of job will be construed as an engagement between an independent contractor (which is yourself) and Chattertools (Contracting Agency) for your pre-qualifying leads services via phone calls.

Terms of Commission based Payment:

  • Daily minimum of 20 approved lead forms need to be submitted with their phone recordings to be considered eligible for payment for that particular month.
  • If less than 20 lead forms are submitted on any given day then the payment of those lead forms will be adjusted in the next month’s billing.
  • You shall be using Google maps, Kompass and other B2B directories to contact and convert into leads.
  • Your payment calculated for a particular month from 1st to 30th or 31st will be paid based on the number of approved lead submissions per day on the 10th of the next month and if the same falls on a national holiday your remuneration will be released on the upcoming bank working day via online transfer to your bank account.
  • Upon submission of the lead form if the prospect’s email address or phone number or any such submitted information is incorrect or unreachable then the details need to be filled by that prospect through this link: “” along with your call recording requesting the prospect for the same for you to be eligible to receive the payment for that particular lead.
  • If you are using text messaging or WhatsApp to communicate with the prospects you need to send the communication string in an email to us.

You will only be compensated for approved lead form submissions based on the slab given below:

  1. 0-20 lead form submissions with call recording calculated per day will be paid at ₹10 per approved lead on a monthly basis.
  2. 21-30 lead form submissions with call recording calculated per day will be paid at ₹20 per approved lead on a monthly basis.
  3. 31 or more lead form submissions with call recording calculated per day will be paid at ₹30 per approved lead on a monthly basis.
  • 0-20 x ₹10 x 25 = ₹5000 / Month
  • 21-30 x ₹20 x 25 = ₹15000 / Month
  • 31-40 x ₹30 x 25 = ₹30000 / Month
  • The minimum number of approved lead forms for getting paid on a monthly basis will be 400; else you can ask for the payment for the number of approved forms and get released from the contract or have the payment for the number of approved lead forms carried forward to the next month.
  • The lead form is dynamic in nature hence, the information requested can be changed, edited or new questions may be added anytime for improving the pre-qualifying nature of the lead form questionnaire without consulting you beforehand, in such case if you are not comfortable in continuing with the contract we can terminate your engagement with us and pay you your dues for all the unpaid approved lead forms in the next billing cycle upon written notice via email or post.
