Job Requirements
We are hiring freelance tele-callers who would be a part of our Pre Sales team, responsible for tele-calling, lead generation and appointment setting with the prospective clients.
- Appointments setting, lead generation, prospecting for new clients by contacting potential clients discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Using the information provided and follow the instructions to perform the specified role.
- Would be the first tier involved in Lead verification/scrubbing.
- Your job will be to consult with decision makers about their requirements specifically aligned with our services
- Must be able to handle all aspects of the Pre sales process, i.e identifying target clients, analyzing a company’s needs, offering value proposition and explaining advantages & setting appointments with our ops. team for closing the sale.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Interaction with the assigned leads.
- Involves interaction with overseas prospecting clients & rapport building.
- Involves scheduling specified appointments from the leads provided, which includes arranging zoom meetings & understanding their specific pain areas where we can help.
- Invloves up selling to the existing clients.
- Weekly reports summarizing leads, prospects, appointments, and schedule
DESIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Must have overseas B2B calling experience.
- 1+ years experience selling software product or services to International Market is preferred.
- Experience with lead pre-qualification, list management
- Neutral Accent with experience in Telemarketing/Tele-calls & Lead generation is essential.
- Strong computer skills, internet savvy, and ability to learn new skills with training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
- A strong work ethic, self-disciplined and self-motivated.
- Organized, detail-oriented with a zeal in sales.
