- Automated SMS, call reminders, and follow-ups
Required Skills & Experience
To apply, you should have strong experience with:
- AI Voice Agents development and call flow design
- VAPI and/or Retell AI
- n8n and/or Make.com automation workflows
- API integrations, webhooks, and third-party services
- CRM, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, SMS, and email integrations
- Voice AI prompt design and conversation tuning
- Multi-step voice + SMS + email automation systems
