Chattertools refund policy and cancellation is very transparent. Order cancellation and refund policies can be summarized as follows.
Procedures for Cancellation
Please notify the department or individual in charge of cancelling your reservation as soon as possible. An appropriate answer should be sought in this situation.
There is only one situation in which these requests are valid: if the project has not yet begun.
There will be no refund for any cancellation that does not include a counter confirmation. There should be a written confirmation from the company’s relevant department or management.
Due to third-party services such as hosting and web development, a website’s SEO may suffer. As a result, the low volume of traffic will not be our fault.
Refunds and Refund Procedures
We do not fund services that have already been provided. A customer that hires us is presumed to be knowledgeable about SEO. No refunds are requested if our effort results in a decrease in website traffic.
For any other services, please use the form below. If the project is halted in the midst, we are not responsible for honoring any refund requests made by clients. It’s possible that the website will need to be updated in the future. Clients may also request additional website functionality that wasn’t included in the original proposal. These work will be invoiced for separately from the services previously provided in such circumstances.
